Payslip

• A payslip is a comprehensive document that provides detailed information about an employee's earnings, deductions, and net pay for a specific period. It ensures transparency in payroll processing, helps employees understand their compensation, and aids in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. A well-structured payslip is crucial for both employers and employees, fostering trust and clarity in the compensation process.

View Payslip

• In ESS application -> select payslip tab to open.

• A list of payslips generated for that particular employee will be displayed.(refer Fig7.1)

• Click any of the payslip to view the details of payslip.

• Selected payslip detail screen opens.

• Click send payslip button to share the payslip file to that particular employee registered email.(ref Fig7.2)
