Compensation

  • Company policies are formal guidelines and rules established by an organization to govern its operations, ensure legal compliance, and create a structured, consistent work environment. These policies cover various aspects of organizational operations, employee behavior, and procedures to protect both the company and its employees.

View Company Policies​

  • In ESS application -> Select Compensation.

  • It will list out all the compensations created for that particular employee.

  • Click the compensation id to view the details of that compensation.(refer Fig4.1)

  • The compensation details shows the salary structure of that particular employee

  • The benefits like Medical insurance and employer PF contribution

  • The allowances like, Basic, HRA, medical allowances, travel allowances etc,.

  • The dudections like, Employee OF contribution, professional TAX, TDS etc,.(refer Fig4.2)
